We believe advancing maternal health research where it is most needed empowers change.

From the children we may bear or raise to family members that require care. Women are faced with a spectrum of maternal choices and experiences every single day. Policies, programs, providers, payers, and community-based initiatives can help. However, there are insufficient maternal health data and research to fully support their creation and success. We are committed to changing that.

Who we are.

We are a team of mothers + maternal health data scientists and researchers. Applying our training in a wide-range of research methods, our mission is driven by our personal maternal experiences and by the experiences of those around us.

Dr. Holzer and Dr. Londhe publish a foundational paper evaluating maternal health data and quality measures in the United States.

Our foundational paper evaluating maternal health data and quality measures in the United States was published in the December 2022 Issue of the Maternal and Child Health Journal. Read our abstract, reach out for a full-text copy, or learn more about our research program.
